Sharp Aquos S2 - Compact size, great low-budget smartphone

Sharp Aquos 2, a Sharp compact phone, is a great bargain. Nowadays, the widespread, gigantic display, almost tablet-sized phones, barely find anything that is of normal size. Fortunately, the Sharp Aquos 2 (C10) is an exception and your knowledge is not negligible.
Sharp was one of the first mobile manufacturers to launch a bezel-less phone. At the time, very few people used this design, but now the trend has reversed. Most of the mobile phones coming out this year, with a variety of notch techniques, appear with a borderless display. With the drop in the frame, we would think that the size of the cellphone would decrease, but that's not the case. Nowadays, display sizes above 6 inches are not uncommon, which means that this year's products are more like phablets.

Fortunately, the Sharp Aquos 2 is different from phones and is especially recommended for those looking to buy a smaller, reliable mobile phone. At just 141.8 millimeters long, you can use it comfortably with just one hand, all while maintaining the 5.5-inch display on the front.

Sharp Aquos 2 has gained great popularity all over the world last year due to its compact size. The 5.5-inch FullHD + (1080x2040 pixels) Sharp IGZO display fills the entire front panel, with only the front-facing camera occupying a bit at the top of the screen.

At the bottom of the phone, a frame of about one centimeter is retained, and there is a function key that includes a fingerprint reader. The entire mobile size with this lower, thicker black section is only 141.8 x 72.04 x 7.9 millimeters and only 152 grams.

In the top third of the glass-covered backside we find the dual camera system (12MP + 8MP) and the dual LED flash. Underneath the cover is a 2700mAh battery that powers an eight-core Snapdragon 630 system chip. In addition to the agile and highly energy efficient SoC, it comes with 4GB of internal memory and 64GB of expandable storage.

Fortunately, the Aquos 2 also boasts a variety of wireless technologies. The description shows that the device supports NFC-capable dual-band Wi-Fi and has 5.0 Bluetooth support.

This Sharp model is internationally released, which means that it contains most languages and supports most available cellular networks, including the B20 (800MHz) LTE frequency.

Not even known in Europe as Sharp Aquos S2, the manufacturer in our continent launched the model as Sharp Aquos C10. The C10 has virtually all of the same parameters as the Chinese version S2, except that the C10 is more mobile frequencies and has a slightly smaller 2700mAh battery.

All in all, the Sharp Aquos S2 is a great value-for-money product, now available at a much lower price than any other store in the Cafago deal. You only need to pay $124 for a compact phone with Android 8.
