Blackview Tab15

The Blackview Tab15 is the latest tablet from the manufacturer and the successor to the Tab13, which arrived in August. Featuring a 10.5-inch LCD IPS display with FHD+ (1200x1920 pixels) resolution, the device is just 7.3 mm thick, so you can easily take it with you wherever you go.

Speed is provided by the UniSoc Tiger T610's 8-core system chip, featuring 2 Cortex A75 (1.8 GHz) and 6 Cortex Att (1.8 GHz) cores. Alongside the Unisoc chipset is 8 GB of internal memory, which can be further boosted by 6 GB of virtual memory for a total of 14 GB of RAM. True, this is more of a marketing ploy, there are few applications that need more than 8 GB of memory, and the virtual memory expansion is much slower than the hardware solution.  
Storage is 128 GB, which can be expanded with a MicroSD card up to 1 TB.
Under the back, we find an 8280 mAh battery, which gives us about 12 hours of battery life under normal usage. Fortunately, you don't have to fuss with charging either, as the 18W fast charger allows you to charge the device to 100% in no time.

The Blackview Tab15 also has 4G support, which means you can use it with any SIM card from any service provider. If you don't use a MicroSD card, you can insert two SIM cards.
The large display is great for both content consumption and movie watching. Thanks to the Widevine L1 support, you can enjoy popular video streaming services (e.g. Disney+, Prime Video, Hulu) in full HD resolution.

Photography is usually secondary on a tablet, so don't expect too much quality from the 8 megapixel front and 13 megapixel rear cameras, but for video calling it should be plenty good enough.

The Tab15 comes with the Dock OS 3.0 operating system, based on Android 12, installed from the factory. In addition to the usual programs and features, the tablet comes with a so-called PC mode, which allows you to use it as a laptop with a keyboard (available separately) and OTG mouse. Among the installed applications, you'll find the free WPS Office suite, which allows you to edit text, create presentations and spreadsheets.

The Blackivew Tab15 tablet is available in silver, but comes with a choice of three case colours: blue, grey and silver. It also comes with a free glass screen protector.
