Xiaomi Redmi Note 8
The Redmi Note 8 is also a very successful device, which is very similar in hardware to the Xiaomi Mi A3. Below the back, you'll find the 8-core Snapdragon 665 system chip, already familiar with Mi A3, that delivers enough performance in the mid-range for both general applications and games.
The 6.3-inch IPS display, unlike the Mi A3, has FHD + resolution, which is very much needed at this resolution.
Like the Note 8 Pro, there are four cameras on the back, but the main camera is "just" 48 megapixels. In no way does it mean such a drop in quality, as the same imaging sensor has already been tested in the high-end Xiaomi phones.
The large (4000mAh) battery, with 18W quick charge capability, precise positioning capabilities (GPS, A-GPS, Glonass, Beidou), dual-band Wi-Fi, and the multilingual, Android 9-based MIUI 10 operating system are all inherited from the Pro model.
All in all, Xiaomi shuffled the cards very well again, and for around $150, a well-assembled phone with great capabilities was launched.
