Chuwi has always been famous for putting very compact, quite tolerable small compact tablets and laptops on the table. The Chuwi HeroBook Pro is a thoughtful version of the Chuwi Herobook with Intel Atom processor released last year, with more advanced hardware and a more demanding look.
The Chuwi HeroBook Pro has been given a high-quality, 14.1-inch FullHD (1920x1080 pixels) resolution IPS display with a glare-free surface, which we admit is rare in this price range like the white raven.
The keyboard that comes with the laptop is full-sized, meaning that the layout and spacing of the keys are very similar to a traditional keyboard. Although the keyboard layout is in English, this does not mean that it cannot be used in another language. By setting the keyboard to the current language in the operating system, all special characters are now available, so typing is complete. If necessary, a key sticker can be affixed to the buttons.
Beneath the keys is a fairly large 5.75-inch touchpad that also supports 2, 3, or even 4-finger gesture control, making it easier to work on Windows.
The only weak point of the machine is the 2-core, 2-thread Intel Celeron N4000 processor under the hood, which runs at 1.1 GHz at idle, but is capable of speeds of up to 2.6 GHz for a short time. The extremely energy-efficient Intel processor cannot be said to be too strong in raw power, but it is excellent for a home computer, a movie-watching machine, or for learning or even running office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.). It is less suitable for gaming and more serious video editing and image editing.
